Here is a little back history of the Tyler Gregory and The Bootleg Band from there website:
Hailing from the rolling hills of Kansas, Tyler Gregory can regularly be found performing with his steam-powered melodies. Gregory's mix of blues and roots music howls with a sense of passion and freedom. This songcrafter takes the cues and lifestyle from WWII-era blues bellowers and drives full force on his guitar/banjo/stomp-box live performance arrangements.
Tyler Gregory & The Bootleg Band have release three albums as well as managed to tour (average of 230 shows a year) consistently the last three years. They have shared the stage with bands such as, JJ Grey & Mofro, Lucky Tubb, Dawes, Split Lip Rayfield, Charlie Parr, Truckstop Honeymoon, Possessed by Paul James.
I am grateful that I was asked to photograph Luke's senior pictures! I was not sure how many photos I would be able to get out of Luke, like most guys he is not the biggest fan of pictures. He blew me away, he was patient and even came up with some ideas on his own.
For those of you that do not know what JamCruise is, let me try to explain. JamCruise is of course a cruise to where the ship ports at different locations, it is in no way shape or form "typical" for a cruise. This even is held annually in January and this particular one is the 11 year it is been running. A group of us got together this year and made it happen, before we left for this amazing experience we decided to make a Pre-vacation to our vacation. We played in Fort Lauderdale, FL for a couple of days.
