Yeah for Snow!

For the holidays I received a Cannon EF 50mm f/1.8 lens- I got the opportunity to play with it while helping shoot a wedding for: www.dimartinophoto.com They are amazing photographers and such great people. Check them out they also have a blog linked through there web-site. Back to the point, I took a little trip up to Manhattan and had some fun playing around with my new glass. I LOVE it! Old Promise

For a long time now I have been promising my family to goto my little cousins basketball game and take some fun photos of him. I finally did it here are some of the shots.

Family Calendar Time

So every year my grandparents make a "Letourneau" Family calendar. This year I decided to take action because my mother seems to pick a photograph of my immediate family that is, well not the best; considering her daughter has a photography background! If I can find some older photos that my mother had put in the calendar I will post them later...Here are some of images from out shoot. We went out to Shawnee Mission Park-beautiful place to take photos.

Monograms

In my group of friends we all have a something to contribute to our group. I try to contribute with art, anything that I can help a friend out with I will attempt. I was recently asked to design some monograms for a wedding of one of my girlfriends.

Here are some example ones that I did (keep in mind I did the design for "her" taste might not quite be the same as mine but she loved them!) in the end when it comes to design that is what it is all about...pleasing the client.
