My good friend Callie Dover invited me to a holiday party last Saturday. She brought her camera and let me goof around and take some pics...I believe these are some of the pics I took She has more of hers posted at:
My buddy had me re-design a Ticket Master ticket for his girlfriend. He is going to give it to her on Christmas, inside of the new Norah Jones CD, because the tickets do not go on sale for quite some time. How cute is that!
My girlfriend, Anie Buckmelter is a Graphic Design Student at KU and I got the opportunity to photograph her senior project. She re-branded "Rick's Place" a bar in Lawrence. Making a new logo & merchandise galore. Here are some of the shots that I got from that night...
Happy Holidays! I got a great opportunity to make some holiday cards for a family this past week. Thank you to the Cowden Family! Here are the top three favorites of mine...
I had been pondering this idea in my head for some time...then I decided what am I waiting for. So I grabbed one of my girlfriends, sugar, food coloring, hot lights, tin foil and I began to make my ideas come true. I am sure you have heard that joke about how much blood women can loose and still be alive...blah blah blah, if I recall it is some sexist joke. However, that one line stuck with me. I thought of it more as an "empowering" idea. Although it is grotesque to some and visually it may seem worse.
To me it is EMPOWERING.

I also enjoyed these images, but I do not believe that my company will have any use for them...
